No. SmartAGT is deployed on-premise within your infrastructure: memory, RAG stores, history, documents and IAM all stay in your information system. In hybrid mode, only the content sent to an external model leaves your perimeter, and personal data is anonymised before it is sent.
No. SmartAGT sells a software license. You plug in your own AI providers and contract with them directly, at the price you negotiated. No margin is taken on your inference.
SmartAGT is agnostic: local models via vLLM or Ollama, and SaaS models (OpenAI, Mistral, Google Gemini) if you choose. You decide model by model, without moving your data or reconfiguring your agents.
Native LDAP, OIDC and SAML 2.0 authentication (Active Directory), plus a business-connector platform (ERP, CRM, DMS, mail systems). The exact list of connectors is defined during scoping.
Euro-denominated spend caps per user, per group or organisation-wide, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, with alerts and a hard stop at the limit. Cost is broken down by agent, by model and by provider, in real euros.
They are excellent individual assistants, but they work in isolation, with no shared enterprise context and no central governance. SmartAGT is a platform of agents connected to your data, with RBAC, observability and an internal marketplace, and the data never leaves your information system.
ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certification is in progress.
